We have attracted a group of highly skilled professionals, possessing an average of over 27 years of industry experience working at super majors or large independents. Our explorers and engineers have spent the last two decades focused on sub or pre-salt geological plays. In all, the Cobalt team has been pivotal in the discovery and development of approximately 8 billion barrels of oil equivalent, and has top-tier exploration drilling success rates in our core areas.

We also have strong relationships with technology innovators and leading oilfield services companies, mobilizing them as needed to add value at each stage of the E&P lifecycle.
