HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 20, 2012-- Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (“Cobalt”) (NYSE: CIE) today announced that it will release its second quarter results before the New York Stock Exchange opens on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. This release will be followed by a conference call for investors at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss Cobalt’s second quarter results. Hosting the call will be Joseph H. Bryant, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and John P. Wilkirson, Chief Financial Officer.
